We will also open for you some doors that are usually closed on well protected treasure's. Each decanter is the life achievement of generations of cellar masters. Since its origins in 1874, each generation of cellar master selects from our cellars the oldest and most precious eaux-de-vie for LOUIS XIII. Today, Cellar Master Baptiste Loiseau is setting aside our finest eaux-de-vie, as a legacy to his successors for the coming century. A blend of up to 1,200 eaux-de-vie, 100% from Grande Champagne.

Hennessy Paradis is defined by its graceful character and immediately delights with its rich copper colour. It is a perfectly balanced blend, both voluptuous and round, and combines smoothness and strength with a silky texture. Naturally, it has a flavorful and deep, persistent finish.
 Hennessy Paradis was created by Maurice Fillioux in 1979 as a tribute to symphonic music. He compared the blend to ‘a symphonic orchestra’, as “classical music that takes you away and connects with your emotions.” The number of instruments in an orchestra is not necessarily a measure of its success, but rather the purity of sound it creates and the virtuosity of the conductor. The same is true for Hennessy Paradis, a union of exceptional Eaux-de-vie selected for their individual qualities to work together to create a harmonious and graceful cognac.

Armand de Brignac Brut Rosé champagne is a beautiful salmon-hued wine produced in the traditional, old-world style, from grape to glass. Its grapes are selected exclusively from Premier Cru and Grand Cru vineyards in the Le Marne region's Montagne de Reims, Vallée de la Marne and Côte des Blancs terroirs. Its bouquet is rich and pure with red fruits up front and delicately smoky grilled notes behind. The champagne is fresh and full-bodied on the palate with aromas of fresh strawberries and blackcurrant and Armand de Brignac's characteristic long, silky finish.

Armand de Brignac Rosé is packaged in a stunning bottle originally inspired by the André Courrèges fashion house. All labels for each bottle of Armand de Brignac are made of real pewter, polished, and applied by hand. Our House’s most famous wine was created in 1876 to satisfy the demanding tastes of Tsar Alexander II. The emperor asked Louis Roederer to reserve the House’s best cuvée for him every year. He was particularly fond of the House’s wine. To distinguish this cuvée, this exceptional champagne came in a flat-bottomed, transparent lead-crystal bottle. The new brand was named after this precious material, which is particularly transparent and luminous. Produced uniquely during the best years, when the Chardonnay (around 40%) and Pinot noir (around 60%) grapes have attained perfect maturity, Cristal is aged for 6 years in Louis Roederer’s cellars and left for a further 8 months after dégorgement.

A SYMPHONY OF PURITY AND ELEGANCE

Cristal is remarkably balanced and refined champagne whose length is inimitable. It has a silky texture and fruity aromas, complemented by a powerful mineral quality with white fruit and citrus notes. Cristal is a wine that keeps well: it can be conserved for over twenty years without losing its freshness and character.

Armand de Brignac Brut is pressed from a finely balanced blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.

 Marvelously complex and full-bodied with light floral notes, the bouquet is both fresh and lively. It has a sumptuous, racy fruit character beautifully blended with the delicate brioche flavors of the wine at the palate.

Armand de Brignac Gold Brut was the first cuvee introduced to the portfolio and is the flagship. The Cattier family’s ambition during a New Year’s celebration in Chigny-les-Roses was to create the very best prestige cuvee for the 21st century, while still reflecting the rich traditions of winemaking in Champagne. It is in this way that the mastery of blending – vintages, terroirs and grape varieties – is at the essence of Armand de Brignac’s philosophy

TASTING NOTES

On the nose: Peach, apricot and red berry aromas are followed by crystalized citrus, orange blossom and hints of brioche.

On the palate: The palate is rich with cherries, exotic fruits and a touch of lemon, vanilla and honey. The mouth feel is soft and creamy, with a hint of tastiness, from the unique Armand de Brignac dosage which is aged for one year in French oak barrels.

PAIRING

Ideal as an aperitif or pairs perfectly with seared scallops, roasted quail and fresh water fish.

Rémy Martin Tercet Cognac Fine Champagne is a unique blend. These grapes are famous for their expressive fruit aromas with a halo of exotic and elegant notes. They were identified and put aside in secret to create something special by Baptiste Loiseau, the current Rémy Martin Cellar Master.
Tercet is a return to the roots of Rémy Martin as a winemaker. Extremely round, it coats the palate, punctuated with notes of exotic fruits, and spices. The finale, with a touch of grilled almond, is extremely long and complex in the mouth.

The Collection 242 blend is dominated by Chardonnay which was of exceptional quality in the 2017 vintage. VSOP Grande Champagne Cognac is made exclusively from grapes harvested on the Frapin Domaine, one of the largest vineyards in the Grande Champagne Premier Cru de Cognac area. golden omber VSOP cognac whose complex, fruity bouquet comes from the grapes used. It displays the floral notes that are so from the Grande Champagne and also show a from the contained in the oak barrels, the characteristics of which will change during the aging.

CHARACTER – Smooth as pebbles in a pool. It’s clean, fresh, and lively with both the oak and the grain in perfect harmony.

COLOUR – Sunlight on fields of early summer barley.

NOSE – The bouquet is brilliant. Opening with barley sugar and a hint of mint before leading into the most wonderful notes of freshly cut wildflowers; buttercup, daisy, meadowsweet, myrtle, primrose, and cherry blossom. The cleanliness of the spirit is remarkable. As the second's tick by, more aromas rise from the glass, little zephyrs of spindrift and sea pinks reminding you that this spirit is matured exclusively by the sea. After some four or five minutes and with the addition of a little water, caramelized fruits drift onto the scene; lemon drops and honey, tangerine, and tablet.

PALATE – The palate entry is so refined and refreshing, the sweet oak and the barley arriving together sending the taste buds into raptures. The fruits from distillation drift in on an Atlantic breeze and pop on the tongue like champagne bubbles. A combination of ripe green fruit, brown sugar, and sweet malt brings closure. A taste back in time, a realization that not all single malts are equal and to achieve the absolute optimum, you must use barley that is made in Scotland. Make this one the benchmark for all others you meet on your journey through the stills of Scotland.
