Chartreuse Fabriquée Yellow Liqueur 43% ABVChartreuse Yellow Liqueur is a delicately sweet, warmly spicy liqueur famed for its bright yellow hue. Made from a secret recipe known only by two Carthusian Monks in a monastery high up in the French Alps, this exceptionally unique liqueur is considered a milder, more graceful sibling to the original Chartreuse French liqueur. Derived from over 130 different herbs and fauna specific to the area and bottled at 43% ABV, Chartreuse Yellow is noted for its aromatic pops of dark licorice root, green herbs, pepper, honey, and macerated grape skins. These are followed by a palate rich with decadent cream, spring florals, pepper, and more layers of herbs seasoned with lavender, honey, fennel, and cinnamon.

Rémy Martin Tercet Cognac Fine Champagne is a unique blend. These grapes are famous for their expressive fruit aromas with a halo of exotic and elegant notes. They were identified and put aside in secret to create something special by Baptiste Loiseau, the current Rémy Martin Cellar Master.
Tercet is a return to the roots of Rémy Martin as a winemaker. Extremely round, it coats the palate, punctuated with notes of exotic fruits, and spices. The finale, with a touch of grilled almond, is extremely long and complex in the mouth.

Our House’s most famous wine was created in 1876 to satisfy the demanding tastes of Tsar Alexander II. The emperor asked Louis Roederer to reserve the House’s best cuvée for him every year. He was particularly fond of the House’s wine. To distinguish this cuvée, this exceptional champagne came in a flat-bottomed, transparent lead-crystal bottle. The new brand was named after this precious material, which is particularly transparent and luminous. Produced uniquely during the best years, when the Chardonnay (around 40%) and Pinot noir (around 60%) grapes have attained perfect maturity, Cristal is aged for 6 years in Louis Roederer’s cellars and left for a further 8 months after dégorgement.

Cristal is remarkably balanced and refined champagne whose length is inimitable. It has a silky texture and fruity aromas, complemented by a powerful mineral quality with white fruit and citrus notes. The Collection 242 blend is dominated by Chardonnay which was of exceptional quality in the 2017 vintage. The perfectly ripe Chardonnay grapes lend the wine its aromas of ripe, sweet fruit complemented by subtle oaky notes. The palate is rich and ripe with a luxurious texture that coats the palate, the signature of an outstanding Chardonnay. The Pinot noir and Meunier grapes from the Vallée de la Marne complete the wine's broad, luscious, smooth, and juicy character. The finish is energetic and fresh.

Martell VSOP is an authentic expression of the Martell style. The House perpetuates an uncompromising savoir-faire by aging its Eaux-de-vie exclusively in barrels of fine-grained oak. This specificity encourages the development of refined aromas, exemplified by the lusciously fruity notes of Martell VSOP.
