Aromas of ripe pear, maple syrup, and spices greet you on the nose, giving way to flavors of orchard fruit and vanilla. Sweet and creamy on the finish, this stunning blend lingers with notes of oak and cinnamon. A product of passion and precision, this blend has been aged for unprecedented complexity (and bottled in extremely limited quantity).

Tasting Notes: A marvelously robust whisky, the kind you'll want to nurse over the course of a long, pleasurable night. On the nose, it leaps out at you first with its notes of ripe pear, baking spices, and maple, before giving way to hints of orchard fruit and vanilla. On the palate, this is a dram of great smoothness, with an almost seamless glide to the long, slow finish. 
 

Serving Suggestion: In our tastings, we preferred it best neat, or with only a rock or two, the better to preserve its core strength and character.
