Stella Rosa Rosé V.S. Prosecco D.O.C. starts with specially selected grapes grown in the beautiful vineyards of the Veneto Region in Italy. This area has a very special microclimate characterized by high-temperature variations between day and night during the summer. This environment is crucial to achieve perfect ripening of the grapes and giving the wine a breathtaking structure and harmony, in which acidity and minerality are perfectly balanced.

What makes Stella Rosa Rosé V.S. so special? The secret is a specially selected blend of Glera and Pinot Noir grapes aged in oak for three months. The blend undergoes a very long fermentation to yield a richer, more elegant Prosecco with a more pronounced character.
