It's matured exclusively in hand-picked sherry oak casks from Jerez for a quarter of a century before it's ready for bottling. It weighs in at 43% ABV and is presented in a rather handsome bottle complete with a striking wooden box.

Nose: Citrus, balanced with cinnamon, sherry, and wood smoke.

Palate: Full and rich, with dried fruits and a hint of wood smoke.

Finish: Long, with dried fruit, wood smoke, and spice.
